It also keeps you feeling hydrated and alert. But how much you need to drink is different for everyone, depending on the weather and your activities.
To help you stay hydrated, make it a habit to carry a refillable water bottle with you wherever you go and fill up frequently. It’s easy to reach for a drink when you’re thirsty and is a great way to remind yourself to drink more regularly.
5. Avoid Smoking
