In an upcoming campaign, I'm playing a Paladin from a Human-purist empire, who is a bit racist. The other members of the party are a half-orc, halfling and a gnome. What would be some derogative terms for these individuals that aren't openly insulting?
Thanks for any suggestions!

When you say that they're not "openly insulting" do you mean that you're looking for fantasy racial slurs which the Paladin might not realise are slurs? That's a very niche subcategory of slurs. Or are you looking for fantasy racial slurs which aren't going to evoke real life parallels?

Call everyone a halfling on "accident". I'm not too good at thinking up more insults, so this is also a bit of a bump.

PECK!

"Peckwas a derogatory slang term used by the Daikinis to refer to a Nelwyn. Since "peck" originally referred to a small unit of volume, that ethnic slur probably derived from the Nelwyn's diminutive size"

The Palladian can play to the racial stereotypes. If the handling isn't a rogue then the Palladian can constantly call him thief or burglar or something like that. He could "confuse" the gnome with other fey, such as pixie or sprite. He could also make remarks about their height calling them midget, short stuff, or half stack.
Now for the halforc he could steal from Harry Potter and call him mudblood or mudborn. Maybe refer to his orc traits and use terms like flat face or tusks.
As for me, I choose to believe that an extinct thunder lizard is running a game of Dungeons & Dragons via Twitter!

Gnome - Mole, Midge, Grub, Tink
Halfling - Peck, Pint, Linger
I dunno how 'low-key' you want the insulting language to be.

Willow Chaser - someone who prefers elves as sexual partners.
I had to deal with an dwarf GM PC whose only goal seamed to be to bed as many elves as he possibly could, most of the time almost TPKing us in the process. It was such a problem I felt it was slang worthy in the game.
