Teslawas hit with anothercomplaint alleging racial discrimination on Monday in Alameda County Superior Court just three months after settling a separate race harassment lawsuit.

The plaintiffs, represented by Arias Sanguinetti Wang & Team and Law Brothers – Injury Attorneys (named as Lalezary Law Firm in the complaint), include both current and former Tesla employees who worked at Tesla’s electric vehicle manufacturing facilities in Fremont and Lathrop, California. They allege that supervisorsand colleagues at these factories created a “racially hostile work environment” by routinely harassingAfrican American, Hispanic and Latinx Tesla employees.
