Fall is here, and one of my favorite drinks is a pumpkin latte. Years ago I combined a white chocolate hot chocolate with leftover pumpkin puree to create this fun drink recipe. I knew after one sip this would be my new go-to coffee!

Last year, I came across the same drink created by the girl who owns Happiest Tees on Earth. The former Starbucks barista added a white chocolate twist to the pumpkin drink. As a huge Disney fan, she called it the Cinderella Latte because the flavors reminded her of Cinderella's pumpkin carriage.

I love that we both had the same idea to pair pumpkin spice with white chocolate. It's a magical twist to the classic pumpkin spice latte!

Curl up on the couch with a blanket and a Cinderella Latte. This warm coffee drink has just the right amount of white chocolate and pumpkin spice goodness!

Ingredients

• ¾ cup milk (whole, 2%, or skim)
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ½ cup white chocolate chips
• 2 tablespoons pure pumpkin puree
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice + extra
• 1 cup strong brewed coffee
• whipped cream or Cool Whip

Instructions

1. Stir together the milk, cream, white chocolate chips, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until the chocolate chips have melted, stirring the whole time.
2. Remove the pan from the heat and froth the milk until desired foam occurs.
3. Pour the coffee into two cups. Top the coffee with the frothed milk.
