Calculator:Template/Necromancy/Rituals
  • "Show ghostly ink materials" will replace each craftable ghostly ink with the materials needed to craft it (20 of some necroplasm, ashes, and a vial of water) for if you are crafting the ink from scratch instead of buying from other players on the GE.
  • Does not take into account experience/items gained from disturbances, which should be the main source of xp at higher levels.
  • The first table is the average per ritual. The second table is the minimum number of rituals to use a whole number of all glyphs (e.g., if some of your glyphs have a durability of 9 and some a durability of 6, after 18 rituals the first will use 2 glyphs and the second 3)
  • Does not calculate the cost of candles (should be negligible)
  • Does not take into account time taken to address disturbances or repair ritual components

Method[edit source]

  • Prepare the necessary ghostly ink and right click the pedestal and select "Clear site".
  • Place enough light sources for your ritual.
  • Select your focus.
  • Draw the glyphs for your ritual.
  • Ensure "Repair only ritual components with 0 durability" is enabled in the Necromancy Gameplay settings.
  • After a glyph/candle loses all durability (typically every 3 or 6 rituals), right click the pedestal and click "Repair all".
